Katalyst Alliance LLC takes the security of Katalyst Hub, Katalyst Pay, and related services seriously. We appreciate researchers and users who help us keep our platform and customers safe.

How to report

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please email us at [email protected] with:

• A clear description of the issue and its potential impact
• Steps to reproduce, or a proof of concept where possible
• The affected product, URL, or component
• Your contact information for follow-up

Guidelines

• Give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate before any public disclosure
• Do not access, modify, or destroy data that is not your own
• Do not perform denial-of-service, social engineering, or physical attacks
• Act in good faith and avoid privacy violations or service disruption
